With a comprehensive and interdisciplinary range of study programmes, the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf is one of the biggest universities of this type in the federal state of Northrhine-Westphalia. In the summer semester of 2009, 7000 students are taught and qualified by 190 professors and 100 scientific research associates in 31 different study programmes at seven departments.
