The necklaces are minimalist and contemporary, constructed from stainless steel and neoprene tubing. Two prongs extend from the stainless steel feature and insert into the neoprene, which can be interchanged with varying lengths. 

Following on the idea of the continuous 'hand-drawn' line, when the stainless steel component on the necklaces is powder-coated black, it seems to extend continuously into the neoprene tubing. The widths match at the connection point.
