From Perspective to Three-Dimensional Drawing - Workshops at the Asisi Panometer

Learning Visual Culture – Asisi Atelier
Drawing is a fundamental instrument of sensual perception. For the Berlin based panorama artist Yadegar Asisi it is not only a creative means of expression, but also a practical tool which encourages us to think about what we see and to understand the world around us.
Asisi Atelier offers various courses such as a half-day introduction to perspective, day courses, a weekend course for people interested in creative fields, and a range of specialist lectures.
Asisi Atelier holds various workshops, lectures and courses to train the perception and understanding of the world beyond rapidly changing images and digital image construction.
Using a paper and pencil, Yadegar Asisi introduces the participants to the rules of perspective and composition.
Workshops at the Asisi Panometer Dresden
In these workshops, Prof. Yadegar Asisi gives complex insight into three-dimensional drawing and perspective.
The course begins with a practically orientated introduction to the vanishing point and focal planes. Participants will then apply their newly acquired knowledge in their own constructions and freehand drawing. The workshop will be limited to small groups of 15 to 25 participants, ensuring a high level of supervision. The course is suitable for anyone interested in taking up drawing at a more advanced level or improving their specialist knowledge in the fields of art and design.
