Objects on Display - A Selection of Bauhaus Highlights

The temporary installation Objects on Display features highlights from the collection of the Bauhaus Archive. This selection of objects will be presented in unfinished gallery spaces, since the construction work in and around the building is not yet completed. While some artefacts are presently on display in the New York MoMA exhibition "Bauhaus 1919-1933: Workshops for Modernity", the interim exhibit of "Objects on Display" offers a foretaste of the new presentation of "The Bauhaus Collection - Classic Modern Originals", which will open in December.
