The New Festival of Britishness at 100% Design

The New Festival of Britishness at 100% Design
100% Design hits the ground running in September with The Director's Cut, a select group of British based designers and manufacturers showing a chosen product for the first time at 100% Design.
You will see how designers are forging the way with precision technology and manufacturing as so skillfully presented by BarberOsgerby with their Tip Ton chair for Vitra, a rare example of how to design a stacking rocker.
Britain's leading architect David Chipperfield presents Piana by KI which has filled a gap in the market for a folding chair, whilst Steelcase, working with design duo PearsonLloyd, show the intuitive cobi chair for collaborative working.
East meets West is Michael Young's latest collection for Trussardi giving a nod to the company's 100 year heritage.
Marc Krusin has created his eponymous seating range for Knoll and Britain's most distinguished industrial designer Kenneth Grange has engineered a new light for Anglepoise.
Nigel Coates hm63 organic modular low seating for Hitch Mylius and Leon Ransmeier's Revolver metal stool for Established and Sons; new chairs from Katerina Zacharaides for Morgan and Tomoko Azumi for Zilio help complete the Director's Cut.
The selection was overseen by Julieann Humphryes, Head of Design for Yoo and non-executive chair of 100% Design.
Julieann has curated and designed an exclusive area within the show that puts the spotlight on these exceptional pieces.
