Face to Face Conference

Face to Face is the only design conference worldwide to constantly bring design clients and professional designers onto the stage together – since 2001. They make design processes publicly known, and present projects from design, architecture and the world of business. The partner country of Face to Face changes every year. 

France is the partner country of the ninth Face to Face conference on business and design (F2F9). This international meeting of design experts and their clients will be held from 12 to 14 November 2009 in Ludwigsburg, which is famous as a film, media and design centre.

More experts than ever: F2F9 presents almost 60 speakers and a wide variety of outstanding projects.

Presenter of F2F9 will be Sarah Liu. The conference will kick off on the evening of 12 November, in the »Focus Open« exhibition, at which the Design Center Stuttgart presents the winners of the Baden-Württemberg International Design Award. The culinary and communicative high spot of any F2F conference is the formal reception organised by the partner country on the Friday evening. Conference participants will decide on the F2F9 Award, which is given for the best open dialogue conducted on the podium and with the audience.
