About Me
Hello, I'm Eivind. I'm originally from Norway, the place up north where it snows heaps in winter, we all live in igloos and wrestle polar bears for fun. I'm currently in my final year of the Bachelor of Visual Communication Design at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
After completing three years in the Media and Communications course at Horten Upper Secondary School in Norway, I pursued a freelance career through my own company, Eivind Borgersen Design Compagnie, working for clients like Accenture, Ventelo, Torpe Møbler and Abbon to name a few.
Hungry for new challenges (and an adventure), I packed my bags in 2008 and left Norway for Australia to pursue a degree. I will be graduating in June 2011.
The last few years my main focus has been on developing my portfolio engaging in a wide variety of projects both inside and outside of University. My love for traditional printmaking methods has gradually grown it's one of my favourite areas to explore on my own time.

- The course gradually specialises as you progress through the years, and my final project in third year was a year long redesign of the schools visual materials and branding, a solution that they are using today.
