Toshiba 2011 Digital ART! Design Competition

To commemorate 45 years of Hard Drive manufacturing, Toshiba Singapore is holding the inaugural Digital ART! Design Competition to find a new look for its Canvio Portable Hard Drive.
 

Competition Period

• Start of Competition: 25-July 2011
• Submission Deadline: 28-August 2011
   

Description

The task is simple: use Toshiba’s Portable Hard Drive chassis as a canvas for your imagination and create a graphic design with both the given theme and concept. Designers are allowed to submit multiple entries.
The competition theme is “ART IN VOGUE” and the design concept is “Contemporary Minimalism”.

Eligibility

The regional competition is open to designers aged 13 and above from the following countries:

Prizes

Winners will be selected by a panel of distinguished judges selected by the Organiser and through an online vote.
 

The top three entries will receive exclusive Toshiba notebooks and products (worth up to USD $2,500), and the winning design stands a chance of seeing their design printed on actual retail products.
