These three will have the chance to pick their three favourite companies for whom they would like to work, and we will do everything we can, using our extensive network in the design scene, to get them a personal introduction to one of them. (Last year's candidates were introduced to the Head of Design at Kvadrat, and to the Head of Design Management at Vitra.)
