  • World Kitchen seeks to spur innovative thinking and problem solving that will demonstrate the role of design as a core value for the Housewares industry. World Kitchen’s annual What’s Bubbling? International Design Competition explores and celebrates the role of food, its preparation and enjoyment, in today’s world.
    The 2011 theme, “Kitchen Tools,” highlights the preparation, cooking, and serving of food with tools designed to suit the realities of 21st century living. Entrants are invited to explore new needs and opportunities in their cultural context to achieve innovation in both function and form. Entries will be evaluated based on the criteria, processes, and rules described in these Official Rules.

  • Transform 2011 is Europe's only dedicated celebration of brand rebuilding and redesign.
    Judged by a jury of branding experts, communications practitioners and academics, Transform is open to all companies or agencies that have launched a rebrand between April 2009 and December 2010.
    Entries are welcomed from in-house corporate professionals, branding consultants, business strategists, design firms, architects, advertising agencies, non-profit organisations, and government agencies.

  • The Interior Innovation Award is one of the most prestigious awards of the furnishing sector world-wide and was launched in 2002 by imm cologne, which provides the idea behind the competition. The organiser is the German Design Council. Through this competition imm cologne and the German Design Council have succeeded in creating an effective tool for corporate positioning and product differentiation for the interior furnishings market. The Interior Innovation Award appraises top innovations in all product areas of this sector of industry. For the eighth time, furthermore, the Interior Innovation Award will be presented to three young designers who are new recruits to the profession, and whom the jury will select from the talent show D3 Contest 2011.
