Silver Sensations is a series of handmade conceptual silver spoons that are about challenging the conventional ritual of eating - a wonderfully sensual series of works, underlinging the tactile qualities of eating (and enjoying) different types of food.

Each spoon is inspired by imperfect and naughty eating habits such as biting/licking a spoon, stealing someone's food and sharing a dish.

The features of each spoon have been exaggerated to encourage one to enjoy specific bad habits. They are spoons which provoke and remind us of our unusual table manners, creating new sensational, playful and interactive experiences.
The spoons have titles such as "Bite", "Lick", "Engage", "Share" and "Steal".
The double spoon for instance refers to the the ritual of sharing a dish at a restaurant. The elongated handle on the spoon "Steal" hints to the bad habit of stealing somebody else's food from their plate which might be across the table.
All silver spoons are handmade in England. They are a limited edition of 50.
