Rumour has it that Swedish fast-fashion player H&M is planning to launch a new high-end womenswear chain. To be honest - I would be a wee bit surprised after they only launched the slightly more up-market chain COS just recently (of which I am personally a big fan by he way), but would love to find out more about it.
